Dawn Marie Rumovitz - Director RN, BSN, MSN with a focus in Community/Public Health Nursing. Dawn Marie is a registered nurse specializing and certified in Infection Prevention and Epidemiology. She has worked in infection prevention for the past ten years and has a varied background with cancer patients, hospice care, home care and health education to individuals, families and healthcare providers. She serves as President of the local Infection Prevention Chapter of the Delaware Valley. She is a Member of the Public Health Association and Sigma Theta Tau (National Nursing Honor Society). These organizations align with Dawn Marie's vision of health promotion and prevention within the community.
Aimee Deak - Trainer Aimee Deak is a higly qualified personal trainer with seven years of experience. She is an NAFC Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Analyst. Aimee also holds a certification for CPR. Her areas of expertise areBody Building, Strength Training, Nutrition Counseling, Sports Specific Training, Performance Training Agility, Balance & Stability and Injury Rehabilitation.
Aimee is also an all-natural competetive bodybuilder. She placed 3rd in the OCB Tri-State Classic in Tarrytown, N.Y. in March 2008. Aimee is a member of the OCB and INBF.
Patrick Sean Mulhern Project Manager Certified Level 3 Trikke Trainer Patrick makes it a point to be involved in every new exciting venture Personal Training Transformations pursues. He can be found doing anything from Trikke to Hobie kayak demonstrations. Patrick is a certified level three Trikke trainer, developing a new Trikke bootcamp for spring 2010.

Harry Moyer - Martial Arts Instr. Harry is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tang Su Do, a Green Glove in Savate and a White Belt in Ju Jitsu. He has been teaching Karate for 9 years and Cardio Kickboxing for 5 years. Harry is a Bristol Borough Recreation Authority Board Member and was inducted into the Karate Hall of Fame. He has been married to his wife Jennifer for 27 years. Harry has 3 children and 2 grand children.

Kimberly Mendez - Yoga Instructor Completed her primary 200 training in the Sarawsati River method of yoga and enjoys continued advanced philosophical study with Doctor Pratap of the Yoga Research Society, QuiGong study with Master Hou, and Anusara study with Naime Jezzeny. She has also recently enjoyed a 10 hour Bikram yoga study. In kimberly's class she enjoys the ancient wisdom of Saraswati River yoga with other forms of Yoga & principles of alignment to create a varied and unique style of her own.
Kim feels that planting and sharing the seed of Yoga is her way of serving others, but is also why she is here. Kimberly continues to grow her own practice in the hopes of bringing her experiences, education and passion to her students. In her fun and inspired classes look for chanting, pranayama (breathwork) and postures (sometimes linked with flow) to provide a blend of classical and vinyasa style Yoga.
All staff cleared by the Department of Public Welfare CHILDLINE and State Police Criminal Record, CPR/AED/First Aid Certified, and carry Professional and Commercial Liability Insurance.
