Sports Performance Training

Sports performance training provides athletes with superior training that improves overall athleticism. We work with athletes to encourage well-rounded athletic attributes that are needed to support existing sports skills. This is done through developing efficient speed, agility, plyometrics, power, core strength, flexibility, reactivity, endurance, strength, and recovery.

Customized Programs –Nutrition and fitness tailored to each the individual’s developmental level, age, gender, goals, and sport specific goals to help them improve increase their confidence and perform at a higher level.

Credibility – Our Sports Trainers are certified through accredited institutions and they participate in and train for rigorous athletic events themselves, which helps them relate to the training needs of every athlete.

 

Flexible Scheduling – With our own Sports Performance Center, Our Trainers are able to schedule sessions around the clients availability. Individuals can train on different days and times each week, as needed making it easy to work around practice and game schedules. Early Morning, evening, or weekends are no problem.

 

Positive Motivational Techniques - We assist athletes in creating tangible goals to work towards while providing positive feedback on their training progress. Each milestone is celebrated while continually raising the bar to reach the next level.

Personal Training Agreement

Sports Performance Training

Allows athletes with similar goals to train in a group environment for sport specific needs

  • 1-hour sessions per week
  • Minimum of 2x sessions per week (Training Center membership included
  • Convenient payment options - Pay in full or in increments
  • Specific, Pre-determined timeslots have been allotted for sports performance sessions. Training may be conducted in a individual or group setting.

Packages and Prices

12 Session Packages @ $35 per person per session - $420 Full fee/$140 every 2 weeks

24 Session Packages @ $32 per person per session -  $768 Full fee/$128 every 2 weeks

32 Session Packages @ $28 per person per session - $896 Full fee/$112 every 2 weeks

Group Training Agreement

Team Training: as low as $13 a session

Allows a competitive team to train together with a detailed exercise prescription tailored to the specific qualities of the sport

  • 75-minute sessions
  • 2 session per week (recommended)
  • Minimum number of 8 participants Must pay in full
