• Initial orientation (including health evaluation, overview of the role of nutrition in wellness, Training Center overview and one-on-one equipment training)

BODY FAT TESTING* 

 $20 per test

• Body Composition Evaluation - Fat Free Mass, Fat Mass, % of Ideal Weight, Body Mass Index, Basal Metabolic Rate
• Fluid Distribution Evaluation - Total Body Water, Intercellular Water, Extracellular Water

About Your Safety

All members are asked to sign a liability waiver. We also reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who, in our judgment, may pose a hazard to self or other. Fitness center training, classes, and other activities require physical exertion and a reasonable level of fitness.
